2. What data we process

This site uses no tracking cookies, ads or analytics tools.

Free check. When you enter a website address, our server opens that public page (and its robots.txt, llms.txt and sitemap.xml files) and stores the address and the result of the check. The check uses no AI. We use your IP address only at the moment of the request, to limit the number of checks and prevent abuse. We don't link it to the result and we don't store it.

Full report. If you ask for the full report, we store your email address, plus your business name and phone number if you enter them, together with the check result, whether you ordered the AI mention check, and the time and version of your consent. We get a notification by email for each request.

Email and WhatsApp. The order form at the bottom of the page sends nothing to our server: it only fills in a message on your device. If you send us a message, we receive what you send: business name, city, industry, website, your name, email address or phone number, and the message itself.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, time and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. The AI mention check and AI tools

For the AI mention check we ask AI assistants (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI and Perplexity) public questions of the kind customers ask, and check whether your business is mentioned. Those questions may contain your business name, industry and city. We do not send personal data about you or your clients. If your business name is also your own name (for example a sole trader), that name may appear in the questions.

We look at publicly available information about your business (Google profile, reviews, website) only for the check.

4. Purpose and legal basis

  • The free check: your request for the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending the full report and an offer: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@strintech.dev, and we then delete your data.
  • Replying to your messages and doing the AI mention check: steps taken at your request before a contract, and performing that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Delivering and protecting the site, including limiting the number of checks: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We process data under the Law on Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, where it applies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. How long we keep data

  • Check results that nobody requested a report for are deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Full report requests are deleted automatically after 12 months, or earlier if you withdraw your consent.
  • Messages and reports are kept at most 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. In that case we keep what the contract and legal and tax obligations require.

6. Who receives data

We don't sell data or share it for advertising. Only the service providers we use process it: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database and protection), our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) if you write to us there, and the AI assistant providers we ask questions for the AI mention check.

7. Transfers outside the EU and BiH

Some of these providers process data outside the EU and Bosnia and Herzegovina, mostly in the US. They use recognised safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and get your data in a portable format. Write to info@strintech.dev. You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or, if you live in the EU, to the supervisory authority in your country.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
